Tucked in behind the Camels Hump in the upper Pemberton Valley located at the end of the paved road. We grow primarily Elite seed potatoes, but have recently diverged into producing commercial potatoes which we sell mostly to local area restaurants. The potato varieties that we grow for commercial sale include Russet Burbank (Netted Gem), Red La Soda, Cal White and Pike.

We have a 3/4 acre patch of rhubarb which we sell as fresh product.

Because of our seed potato production, we are on a four or five year crop rotation regime which gives us 3 or 4 years of the land being out of potato production. So in the intervening years we produce hay and pasture on that land and sell the hay and beef. Most of the beef is now fattened on farm and marketed through the Pemberton Meadows Natural Beef Co.
