It all started with that loaf of my famous brown bread that auctioned at the Wildlife Banquet for $180. People became curious as to what made my bread so special. I decided to try baking and selling on a regular basis and haven`t looked back.

Whenever possible, I use berries and veggies from my own garden for my loaf cakes, muffins and pies. I also buy them from other Pemberton producers. I use farm fresh eggs from my own chickens in all my baking.

In 2005 I had a little bakery built in my home which is routinely government inspected.
